The theme of Windows 7 has 6 pieces of wallpaper with resolutionof 1920 x 1200 pixels and includes a photo of a character in the Harry Potter movies are: Harry Potter, Hermione Granger, RonWeasley, Lord Voldemort, Bellatrix Lestrange and ProfessorSeverus Snape. This theme will change the desktop color to blackborder. Maybe to match the color that dominates in some Harry Potter movie that is black.
Sound scheme used is the cityscape. However, the theme of Windows 7 is not a screen saver. Maybe you can find HarryPotter's own screen saver and add it to this theme to be more fit.
